7. The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, http://www.jkcf.org/, is offering two scholarships. The undergraduate transfer scholarship offers $30,000 per year to community college students to complete their bachelor’s degrees at a four-year college or university. The application is on line and the deadline is December 6th. The Foundation’s graduate Art Award provides up to $50,000 to students or recent alumni with exceptional creativity and for up to three years at an accredited graduate school. The online application will be available November 1st.
